Alpha Digital

Alfa digital is an additional printing unit that allows direct digital printing on fabric with pigment inks. Alfa Digital’s function is to be able to combine screen printing techniques with the Digital ones, in order to be able to create a complete product, thanks to the various possibilities of screen printing, and with a high print quality guaranteed by printing digital.

Alfa Digital, can be integrated with most of the existing circular and oval screen printing machines, from all points of view (program, software, automation, design), the Alfa Digital digital station works automatically and does not require an operator for its operation, but only for an initial start-up.

Thanks to the various possibilities of screen printing, and with the high print quality guaranteed by digital printing, ALFA DIGITAL allows to realize different complete products. Alfa Digital is fully integrated in screen printing carrousels : from all points of view (program, software, automation, design), the digital station Alfa Digital works automatically and does not require an operator, only an initial starter. The print format of the digital station is customized according to the maximum size supported by the screen printing carousel, so as not to limit the printing possibility of the screen printing machine. The printing capacity of Alfa Digital may change from 60 to 120 pzlh, according to the chosen resolution. The heads are industrial heads model Ricoh Gen4.
